Returns and Refund Policy

As products are sent from the manufacturers, on rare occasions bulky outer packaging may be removed to keep postage costs low for you. 

Items can only be returned if damaged.
If you need to return the damaged item, it may need to be returned to the source company/ manufacturer’s warehouse in China. This may take up to 3 months.  

Please keep all original packaging & return address details. You will need to take photos as evidence. Please let us know immediately; following the instructions will help us make the process smoother for you. 

A restocking fee of 25% may apply. 

The 10% Discount applied may be reversed if returned items results in sale of less than $250.
